Snapshot 2: Monsters!

The focus this update has been on the monsters.
- Added proper pathfinding and navigation, opening up for more interesting arena layouts.
- Some enemies can now show up as armored versions. They will move slower and will receive less knockback, but also behave uniquely while wearing the armor.
The armor can be knocked off, turning them back into their normal counterparts. - Armored Molten will fire all their projectiles at once in spread pattern.
- Armored Embers will charge at the player.
- All the enemies have new and improved death animations and effects.
- The molten's burning projectile sounds are now properly spatialized as well, rather than being always full volume with no regard to direction and position.
- A new enemy, the scout, has been added. It moves fast and fires projectiles, but is weak, adding some more variety to the early game.
- Projectile firing enemies will spread out over varying distance, no longer forming obvious circles around the player.
- These enemy names probably don't mean much to you yet, unless you pick up the new item, the Scopescanner! Which displays the name and life/armor of the last hit enemy.
Other changes and fixes:
- A few new environment assets have been added to add more variation and obstacles to the map.
- Duplicate unique pickups that do not have logically stackable effects are now automatically recycled into 10 scrap.
- The player's weapons had a bad collision, causing a few erroneous hits and physics movements. This has been removed.
- Tweaked how bullet impacts are spawned, They should now relate better to where projectiles hit their targets.
- The input overview now also shows that you can use RB/LB to dodge if you play with a controller.
- The UI's armor icon has been updated to look more like the pickup.
- An issue where the game didn't properly detect that all enemies are dead and the wave couldn't end, has been fixed.
